Hped to get in before the wind got up to do some intervals but the wind filled in as soon as I got to the beach. Could have gone to the estuary instead but decided to challenge myself in the chop anyway.

No chance of any intervals as staying in was the name of the game. I succeeded! Did get in the water towards the end to practise a few remounts in the rough conditions though.

Quite exciting out there. Tough paddle into the wind to get out but some nice downwind runs back to the beach.
